Terms and Conditions
1. Payment methods available: Paypal or WISE.
2. Personal use only. Reposts are accepted with credit to me (A MUST**). And using it for making profit is strictly forbidden. For commercial use, please discuss it beforehand through DM or E-mail.
3. Payment: UPFRONT (PayPal) an invoice will be sent after order agreement, and drawing process will start after payment is done. The payment is non-refundable. exception if I am unable to continue your order. Cancelling commission will cost you a percentage of the original price (may vary).
4. Max revision of the sketch: 3x. After that, there will be additional costs. The additional cost(s) depends on how much of the sketch I have to revise to suit your liking. Will continue working on the drawing once sketch is approved. Please maximize the usage of possible revision (you can request a few changes to be done at one revision time). If client wish to revert changes after revision, it will be counted as 1 (one) new revision. As changes done to artwork will rewrite the old data with new change, so reverting is impossible without redrawing/repainting. Minor fixations, for example, asking to add details that artist may have missed during drawing process is free (during finalization, right before sending the finished work to client).
5. Finished art will be sent through email (non-transparent PNG file, with signature/watermark). Transparent PNG version is not available.
6. Note that I have the right to post the finished artwork on any of my official platforms such as DeviantArt, Instagram, Twitter, Ko-Fi, etc. With, of course, to mention that it is commissioned by you. If you wish for anonymity or not wanting your order to be posted, please do tell me. All art about to be posted online will be lowered in resolution and glazed with anti-AI protection.
7. Your order will be done between 1 week to 2 months prior to the time the payment is fully paid. Finishing before deadline is a possibility. If any of my real life situations are delaying the finish of the artwork I will inform you beforehand. Please check the queue for more info regarding your order.
8. All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the commission remain the property of Nalamicha. Does not include character(s) in the drawing with exceptions.
9. Art commissioned MUST NEVER be used for Artificial Intellegent (AI) of any kind. This applies to the use of the art to train, to be put in an AI database, to used as a reference for AI prompt, etc. When posting finished art, client is expected to glaze it with anti-AI protection before posting it online.
Feel free to give me artistic freedom if you don't have any specific pose/ideas in mind! I can work with just a "vibe", and I will find something for you :)Accepting suprise-me commission as well!
THINGS I WON'T ACCEPT:
Heavy NSFW. (Borderline NSFW is OK!)
Furry style.
Heavy mecha.
Realism style, anything outside of my expertise in terms of art style.
Asking to copy, imitate or heavy reference someone else’s art (to make it a possibility to reference the image sent to me, I will alter it to avoid copyrights).
THINGS I ACCEPT:
Original Character(s).
Non-human creatures with human features is OK!
A little gore is fine.
Yume pairings (OC x Canon vice versa, any canon character in Yume pairing is OK!)
